Before the full team session, each member receives a personalized 1:1 session to discover how they’re uniquely wired to work, communicate, and contribute.

A personalized cheat sheet is also provided for their easy reference.

These private conversations build self-awareness, reveal hidden strengths, and identify energy drains, so each person enters the team experience with clarity and confidence in their own wiring.

The team analysis also equips the leader with insight into the invisible energy dynamics that impact how the team functions, like who naturally projects energy and who absorbs it, potentially creating tension.

The journey culminates in a dynamic half-day Team By Design Workshop—an interactive experience where insights come to life.

Grounded in each person’s individual wiring, the session fosters open conversation, mutual understanding, and shared language around how the team works best.
